What photo gives the best result?
Use a bright, wide photo showing the whole area you want to edit. For interiors, include the floor, walls and ceiling; for exteriors and gardens, keep the full facade or site boundaries visible. Avoid people, heavy blur and very dark images.
Does the AI change windows or walls?
"Keep architecture unchanged" is enabled by default. It strongly instructs the model to preserve doors, windows, openings, ceiling height and camera angle, but AI results can still contain errors.
A generation failed. Did I lose a visualization?
If the image provider cannot complete the request, the backend automatically returns the visualization to your balance. Reopen the home screen to refresh the number.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Room Style AI, then choose Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Room Style AI Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. You can also restore from the plan screen.
How do I delete my data?
Open Room Style AI Settings and tap Delete my data. This removes the anonymous account and generation records from our database and clears local history. Images you already saved to Photos remain under your control.
Email support@roomfinish.ai. Include the app version, device model and a short description. Do not email private room photos unless support specifically asks for one.
