Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Room Style AI mobile application, website, support pages and related services (together, the "Service").

1. Acceptance and App Store terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing through or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app. If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, that law controls.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

3. What the Service provides

Room Style AI provides automated tools for interior design, layout concepts, exterior design, garden design, cleanup, reference styling, paint visualization, object replacement and floor restyling. The Service transforms a photo and instructions into a visual concept.

Visual inspiration only. Generated images are not architectural drawings, engineering calculations, measurements, construction documents, planning approvals, electrical or plumbing plans, safety assessments, material specifications or cost estimates. Always verify dimensions, feasibility, structural safety, product suitability and local legal requirements with appropriately qualified professionals before purchasing materials or carrying out work.

4. Anonymous account and free visualizations

No login is required. The app creates an anonymous identifier that connects your credit balance, purchase status and project history to the app installation. A new eligible account receives two complimentary visualizations once. Complimentary credits have no cash value, are not transferable and may be changed or withdrawn for future users. Deleting app data or the anonymous account may remove project history and unused complimentary credits.

5. Visualization credits

Each completed generation normally consumes one visualization credit.
If our backend detects that the generation provider failed before returning a result, it is designed to return the deducted credit automatically.
Credits are digital Service units, are not money, cannot be transferred, resold or redeemed for cash and may be used only in Room Style AI.
Credits granted for a successfully verified transaction remain associated with the anonymous account until used or the account is deleted, unless the in-app offer clearly states a different rule.
Attempts to manipulate balances, receipts, complimentary grants or generation requests may result in suspension and removal of improperly obtained credits.

6. Auto-renewing subscriptions

Essential: adds 50 visualization credits for each successfully verified weekly subscription transaction.
Studio: adds 150 visualization credits for each successfully verified weekly subscription transaction.
The exact localized price, currency, billing period and any introductory offer are displayed in the app and in Apple's purchase confirmation before you agree to pay.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the account for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Room Style AI data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Use Restore purchases in the app with the Apple ID that made the purchase to restore an eligible active subscription. Restoring does not duplicate credits already granted for the same transaction.

7. Billing, price changes and refunds

Apple processes all in-app payments and applies its billing, tax, cancellation and refund rules. We do not receive your full card details and cannot directly issue an App Store refund. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Apple will provide any notice and consent process required for a subscription price change.

8. Your photos, instructions and permissions

You retain any rights you have in photos and instructions you submit ("Inputs"). You give us and the service providers acting for us a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transmit and transform the Inputs only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the requested Service. This license ends when the relevant data is deleted, except for temporary backups, legal retention or processing already completed.

You represent that you own the Inputs or have all rights and permissions needed to submit and process them. Do not upload confidential plans, access codes, personal documents, unlawfully obtained images or photos of people who have not agreed to the upload.

9. Generated results

As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of a generated result created specifically for you. Subject to applicable law, third-party rights and any restrictions attached to your Inputs, you may use the result for personal or commercial design concepts.

AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, physically impossible, visually inconsistent or similar to content created for other users. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, protectable by intellectual-property law, non-infringing, buildable or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing a result and obtaining any necessary professional, legal or rights clearance before relying on or publishing it.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to:

violate law, third-party rights, privacy, publicity, copyright or other intellectual-property rights;
create, upload or distribute illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive or harmful content;
upload photos of minors for exploitative or inappropriate purposes;
impersonate others, facilitate fraud or misrepresent an AI result as verified professional documentation;
probe, attack, overload, scrape, automate access to or interfere with the Service or its security;
reverse engineer, decompile, bypass usage limits or extract source code or model components, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
resell access, share purchase receipts or transfer credits without our written permission.

11. Our intellectual property and license to you

The Service, including its software, visual design, branding, text, catalog and arrangement, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules. No other rights are granted.

12. Third-party services

The Service depends on Apple, hosting, network and AI processing services operated by third parties. Their terms, licenses and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their availability or technical behavior may change. Our Privacy Policy explains the data flow used for image generation and purchases.

13. Service availability and changes

We may update, repair, limit or discontinue parts of the Service to address security, legal, technical or commercial needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular model, processing time or identical output quality. We will not intentionally remove paid credits without a valid reason, and mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

14. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data through the app. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, security harm, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits, remain in effect.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any visualization will match a real renovation. Statutory warranties and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in force.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, purchase decisions, construction work or property damage arising from reliance on an AI visualization. Our total liability for claims connected with the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

17. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service, maintenance, support or claims relating to the app, except that Apple may provide a refund of the app's purchase price where required by the Standard EULA. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable app-license provisions after your acceptance.

18. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the provider of the Service, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact support@roomfinish.ai so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers or law. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects existing paid rights, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

20. General

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger or sale of the Service, subject to applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Apple Standard EULA form the agreement governing your use of the Service.
